I have completed my b.ed .what is the prosidure to become block education officer

how i become block education officer in basic shiksha parishad up ? I am assistant teacher in primary school UP. what are the criteria ? my qualification is B.Sc., B.Ed.

Nobody can become a block education officer directly, It is usually based on your performance to become a block education officer. If you work hard and show some serious dedication and patience then you can get a chance to become a block education officer. There is no shortcut to become a block education officer. You have to go step by step.

You can do certain thing to improve your chances that as you said that you are a primary teacher then you should compete for second grade teacher or first grade teacher then you will easily be promoted to B.E.O because from a primary teacher to a block education officer promotion will take a lot of time.

Just remember one thing is that the higher the post sooner you become b.e.o
