Those candidate have completed B-TECH ,M-TECH ,MCA are applicable for TCS recruitment process.

If you are in final year then also you are applicable for TCS recruitment through on campus process.

Your through out marks must be above 60%.Maximum TWO year gap allowed through out career.Pending Backlog Candidate are not applicable .

For technical department you should prepare well to C , JAVA ,ORACLE...

Your 12th percentage is not above 60% so you are not applicable for TCS because they can't consider below .1% even also.

1. A candidate must have 60% aggregate throughout his carrier life, i.e. in 10th
12th and B.Tech. respectively.

2. have minimum 0 to 2 years experience, also freshers are also get chances.

3. must be from C.S.E.(Computer Science Engineering), I.T. (Information Technology)
and E.C.E. (Electronics Communication Engineering) department.

4. no backlogs will be considered

5. no educational gaps will be there, if there is any gap between educational life then
give proper reasons behind it.

6. should have very good communication skills. etc.

1.The candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career.
2.The candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation.
3.The candidate must not have any study gap more than 2 years..

These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill.
As you have secured less than 60% marks in 12th class , then sorry to say you that you are not eligible for TCS..

In fact you are not eligible to appear in the campus drive of any Big IT company..

No tcs will require minimum of 60% right from 10th. they will not allow any round off marks. sorry to say this but its a fact. but one thing if u gain one or two years exp in some s/w industry it will lead you to join tcs, after exp they will not consider your academics, but you are eligible for wipro. they require 50% in 10th and 12th and 60% in UG

TCS is a number 1 ranked IT company of India so it has some specific requirement and policies which they have to follow.


Don't worry you are fully eligible for placement exam of TCS.They only require only aggregate 60% in your 10th,12th and B.tech.It doesn't make a difference that you had compartment in any of your subjects in 12th.

But make sure that when you appear in placement test you may not have backlog in previous semester.

They will give you only a single attempt so you will have to clear the exam in one attempt.

They mainly conduct three or sometimes four round for selection of candidates.

1.Written Test:Quantitative aptitude,general English,basic computers, verbal and non verbal reasoning are asked in the form of written test.

2.Group Discussion(Optional):A general topic is given to the candidates to speak to check their speaking ability in English and confidence level.

3.Technical Round:All technical stuff related to your curriculum and your project details are asked by a single or a group of technical persons.

4.HR Round:Here questions are asked by HR manager of company,like salary expectations,achievements,future growth etc..

TCS is not only one company in the world my frnd, there are many companies, so remove your thought FRND and concentrate on how to get the references in the companies and good communications skills ...... over your life settled in top mnc's ........ even TCS or their clients which greater than TCS will hire you..........

TCS Eligibility Criteria:-

• It is written everywhere as the eligibility criteria that for an entry level position in TCS it is important for you to secure minimum 60% of marks in aggregate all throughout your academic career be it in class X, XIIth, Graduation and Post-Graduation examination. This marks has to be attained at one go ie, in the first attempt itself.
  
• First attempt implies that by giving the final qualifying exam at graduation level you should get 60% of marks. It should not happen that you are re-appearing for the exam for the second time to better your percentage. That marks wont be considered in the first place.
  
• When calculating the marks mentioned above they wont consider the best of five or six you have got like we used to do in class X and XII. It is going to be the average of all the subjects you have.
  
• Before applying for TCS recruitment exam it is important for you to clear all backlogs. There should not be any pending backlogs irking you when you go to sit for this exam. Before final year exams they should be cleared as early as possible.
  
• Break in education should not be there. If there is any then there has to be some good reason behind it. The duration of the break again should not be more than 24 months.
  
• To boost your CV you should do some crash course side by side when pursuing graduation like C++, oracle, java and so on. In addition to that you should have good english communication skills.

your marks are very good and you wont face any problem in getting job provided you do good in written test, aptitude test, GD and personal interview.

many company keeps cut off criteria as 60 % through out. or
70% above in your graduation., You meet both the criteria

You can also appear for PSU. Your good marks would help you get through provided you do well in interview process.
