I am B. Ed. qualify in 2011. I am sc condidates. My B.A. percentage is 44.75. I can apply for up tet.

sir i am student of bed in sessio 2011-12 and qualified the tet examination held in previous year. so am i applicable for upcoming primary teacher vacancy?
