Am i eligible to work as assistant professor in engineering college after doing MS from Automotive Engineering from UK?


i have done MS from automotive engg from Coventry university UK. i have done BE Mech before that. i am eligible to work as assistant professor in engg college. am i eligible for 6th pay commission under government regulation.
