Osmania University is a public state university located in Hyderabad, India, and founded in 1918 with the help of chief Architect of Mahbub Ali Khan - Nawab Sarwar Jung. I think no you are not eligible to get in M.Tech in government college after scoring 1124 rank in Mechanical branch. You can apply for M.Tech admission in private college.
