No,

VIT not takes admission through AIEEE. VIT takes

admission only through VITEEE. If you have 60 marks in

AIEEE then you are not eligible for the admission in the VIT University.

If you want to get admission in the VIT University then you need to

appear in VITEEE entrance exam and do well in the exam. At the 6o

marks in AIEEE i think that your rank is around 140000 and at this

rank you can get a private engineering college.

the admission in the vellore institute of technology that is in VIT is carried out by their own exam that is viteee.

aieee exam is not valid or not offers admission in the vit.

There is no any system to get admission in VIT by AIEEE. There are several college which takes admission in some percent seat by AIEEE.
But VIT conducts its own exam know as VITEEE. You should appear in VITEEE to get admission in VIT.

u cant get admission in vit through aieee
u need to clear VITEEEto get into VIT
exams are held generally before a week of aieee
questions asked are never tough but a long paper is expected with 120 questions
2 and a half hour time
a rank above 10000 will guarantee u a seat in vit

There are only 2 ways to get in VIT.
1) You get good rank in VITEEE.
2)You go for the paid seat.

AIEEE marks don't matter there..even if you get 300 in AIEEE they won't allow you to enter on AIEEE marks.
