Any correspondence courses equivalent to MDS in India or abroad?

There are Regular Correspondence Programs, This program is best alternative for those who are unable to join classroom program. Master of Dental Surgery - Periodontology
Master of Dental Surgery - Orthodontics and Operative Dentistry, Oral Surgery ect.

is foreign MDS equivalent to indian MDS, can they work as teaching faculty in dental colleges
