There are many colleges offering M.Tech in aero space eng.

Generally the eligibility for joining M.Tech entrance exam:

It is held after B.Tech or diploma.

If you have completed B-TECH in Aerospace Engineering then you are applicable for M-Tech in Aerospace Engineering.
