Its not about the aptitude topic for get placed in MNC ,there are some different papers for different companies .for infosys you have to prepare Aptitude by R.S.Agarwal and reasoning and infosys have more emphasize on puzzle even they asked puzzle in interview also ,so you have to prepare puzzle form shakuntla devi and english verbal nonverbal,after clearing written net round is hr interview in which they check your communication skills and your aptitude for solving problems and some technical questions.
