Is there any opportunities for M.Com graduates for the post of Field Officer in banking sector? And, how to become Bank Manager? Is there any exams for jobs in banking sector? Please, guide me.

Candidates are not eligible for direct recruitment as bank manager in any banks.

You need to have some banking experience to become eligible for it.

So, you can join as PO ( Probationary Officer ). You are eligible to appear for the examination.

The age limit varies with examination and there is also relaxation in upper limit for reserved category.

So, you can appear for examination conducted by IBPS, SBI for the selection.
