Important Dates for UP TET 2016:-

Online registration will open in December 2015

Last Date to Apply : First week of July 2016
Date of Exam: August, 2016

TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test.
UP TET is conducted by Uttar Pradesh state government every year to check the eligibility of candidates for teacher post in different subject.

The candidates qualified in UP TET examination are eligible to hold the post of teacher in state government affiliated schools in Uttar Pradesh.

Since the case of UP TET is still going in Supreme Court, so, there is no chance of conduction of TET till Supreme Court declare the result related to the case or ask the UP government to conduct TET examination in 2016.

Candidates should not lose their hope as TET may be conducted as usual if everything goes right for the state government in Supreme Court till no option available for them.

UPTET stands for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test.

Registration will be started:- July 2016

Submission of Forms:- End of July 2016

Exam Date:- Aug 2016

Registration Fee:-For General & OBC candidates Rs 300/-

For SC Candidates Rs 150/-

Selection Process:- Written Test & Interview

UPTET Exam is conducted by UP PCS to recruit teachers for class I to V and class VI to VIII.UPTET registration will starts from 25 November , 2015.

Eligibility
- You must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university & must have completed BTC course.
OR
- You must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university & must have passed 1 year B.Ed course.

Application Procedure

- Click "Apply Online"
- Go on registration link & Register online
- Fill the application form online
- Upload scanned photograph & signature
- Download the challan & Pay the fees at SBI branch
- Submit the application
