B.Ed stands for the Bachelor of Education. It is a teacher training course. Now it has become compulsory for every aspirant who want to become teacher in government colleges.

Eligibility criteria:

~~Bachelor' degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidate can also apply for the course.

~~Minimum percentage of marks in bachelor's degree should be 50%. For SC/ST candidates relaxation of 5% marks is given.

B.Ed can be done in:

1. Regular mode

2. Distance mode.

Several universities conducts entrance exam for taking admission. It contains questions from teaching aptitude, mathematics, english and general knowledge.
