You are not eligible to get recruitment as teacher in government school without have D.Ed or B.Ed qualification.

It is mandatory to have the required qualification to appear in the examination conducted by NTA as CTET.

There is no age limit to appear in the examination.

Having not pursued B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree course or anyother equivalent degree course, you are not eligible to be placed as a teacher in any government upper primary school or high school even if you have managed to qualify TET (Teacher Eligibility Test).

Also, for becoming teacher in primary school for Classes upto 5, you need to have completed D.Ed./D.El.Ed or any equivalent degree course along with your regular academic degree course.

Though you have qualified CTET examination , still you need to have a B.Ed degree to apply as a high school teacher in any government institution or school.

So, basically there is a step by step procedure to apply as a government high
school teacher . The first is you need to have a B.Ed dregree after that you need to complete the teacher training and after that clearing CTET exam is also mandatory these days even for some private institutes.

If you have master degree you can apply in private school without B. Ed. But if you want to apply in govt. school then you must have a valid B. Ed degree.
