A candidate who has B.tech. Degree by Distance education can he get addimition in M.Tech.in regular Stream in any institute affiliated to Kurukshetra university Kurukshetra

yes, surely you can get admission for regular m.tech. The eligibility for m.tech is b.tech from a recognise university if you b.tech university is approved by UGC or AICTE then you are eligible for full time m.tech.
