iam 45 years and a govt punjabi teacher. can i do ma english

Yes, you can do the M.A. in English because the education and study never ask for the age no matter either you are a 45 years or 17 years old candidate to get the study.

>> As you are a Government teacher then it is problem that you can not do this course in regular term but if want then you should take the government leave from the duty of teaching in school that is also called Extension. For that you need to give a application to the block officer in education department if they permit only then you can do this course in regular terms.

>> If you don,t get the Extension then you can do this course in Distance education and many universities are offering this course in the distance education system.

I'm 34 , Bsc non med graduate from PU with 53%, can I go for MA English from Shimla or Jammu or any other university?

You are a government Punjabi teacher but you have not mentioned your subject in BA honours .
If you have Honours in English then you of course do MA in English . otherwise you should first do MA in your Honours subject and then second time you may do MA in English if your one of the subsidiary paper was English..
