There is nothing as such branch which is good for a particular gender. Trades in engineering are not gender biased. It rather depends on what your choices are. Like many girls do not prefer to choose mechanical as a branch due to physical labour. Choosing a trade in engineering depends on your personal choice and interest.
So I would suggest you if you have interest in pursuing your career in chemical engineering then go for it.
