Yes, you are eligible for LIC Agent exam.

If you have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks from a recognized board then you are eligible for LIC Agent exam.

Your age should be in between 18 to 36 years.

LIC stands for Life Insurance Corporation.

As per my knowledge you are not eligible for LIC agent on the basis of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

To become LIC agent you must have passed 10+2 examination and must be an Indian citizen.

If the candidates have passed the examination which is conducted by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority, they will be given the license to work as an LIC agent.

Minimum eligibility for LIC Agent Post

Educational Qualification : HSC (10+2) pass

Age : Minimum age should be 18+

So, yes you are eligible to become LIC agent in any nationalized bank. All you need to do is following are the documents that you need to submit while becoming LIC agent :

- 8 Passport size photographs

- HSC certificate (2 copies)

- Residence proof

- Pan Card ( Identification proof, 2 copies)

Yes definitely you are eligible for LIC agent post.You must have completed your 12th .You should have also passed IRDA test.

IRDA stands for Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority.You should have appeared IRDA pre licensing test from a certified board.

You must have good communication skills .You must have to required 12th or graduation.
