Re: BCA comes under which stream?
This is a very interesting question that you have asked. BCA is a separate stream in itself. The full for of BCA is Bachelor's in Computer Applications. It is a technological stream. Generally the streams are categorized under 3-4 categories like Science, Arts, Commerce, Management and Vocational.
BCA stream, fits under neither of this. It is a separate stream altogether. People passing BCA get jobs in IT sectors, under software section. You may categorize BCA under those streams of education, where you are recruited in the software section of the IT department. You can categorize commerce and arts streams as non IT streams, where you get jobs in any section of an organization other than the IT. |
