Re: Which are the best coaching institutes for IIT JEE preparation? Can I crack IIT by self studying?
Hello,
Remember that if you have firm dedication and have hard work with you then neither and nor can stop you to achieve your goal. What are coaching institutes, these are act like motivators to the students but i feel if you have self motivation that, i have to achieve my target, then you need not to get external motivations. Surely if you have decided to self study then use your self confidence and work hard.if you have requirement of some correspondence then you can call for that to best coaching institute. Prepare yourself for mock test paper series.since you have passed your matric then you have enough time to prepare well. Sure if you have faith in your hard work then absolutely you will crack not only IIT even what you desire to crack. My best wishes are with you. Ok, best of luck. |

Re: Which are the best coaching institutes for IIT JEE preparation? Can I crack IIT by self studying?
Well dear no matter how much brilliant you are in 10th.
Journey from 10th to 12th takes just few minutes, before knowing the result you were in 10th, after knowing you will be in 11th. But should your brain or IQ increase such tremendously....! 10th is entirely a different thing and 12th different. If you want to crack IITJEE, first you have to command over your +2 syllabus so that you can score well in your board exams. In fact till now scoring at least 60% aggregate including PCM is necessary. But till you will appear for IITJEE the minimum requirement will be of 80% aggregate in +2 with PCM. So, first you have to achieve that goal in your board exams. Also syllabus for IITJEE is almost 90% the same what you will study in your +2 but the difference will be of difficulty level of questions, where you will find maximum question understanding based of high brilliancy. So, after getting into +2 you will have to handle two responsibilities 1) Your board result 2) IITJEE preparation If you can handle both simultaneously then only you will be able to crack IITJEE with good ranks, and for that you will surely need guidance with your subjects mainly with Physics. There is no problem to opt for any good coaching or hiring a tutor for better result. Even if you will study in a coaching it will be better for you, because there you will meet different types of students with different level of brilliancy and you have to compete with them also. Remember one thing in IITJEE competition is such that for a single seat at most 100 students compete for. And out of 100 must be someone you will be more brilliant then you, or who have prepared well enough then you to leave you behind and grab the seat. Regards ~Faiyaz~ |

Re: Which are the best coaching institutes for IIT JEE preparation? Can I crack IIT by self studying?
Quote:
Yes you can... In my view Coaching helps one by creating competition so that you know where you stand and improve accordingly. Self study is important even if you join coaching. There are many students who spend time in attending coaching classes and are left with no time for self study. These students lack clarity of concepts With more and more institutes coming up, entrance exam paper setters now concentrate on testing that how clear is a students basics. This cannot be achieved mearly by joining a coaching institute Coming to how do u build a competitive environment around you .. try to do group studies to solve your doubts. By involving other students you would get an idea where do you stand and where can you improve. Enough material for studying is available in market as well as on internet. So it is upto an individual how well he can prepare himself for entrance. All the best Regards Prerna |

Re: Which are the best coaching institutes for IIT JEE preparation? Can I crack IIT by self studying?
Hi
IIT JEE is the Indian Institute of Technology Join Entrance Examination. This is regarded as the toughest undergraduate exam in India. Now it is composed of 2 papers of 3 hours each. Both papers consist of 3 sections in which questions are put up from the syllabus of the core 11th and 12th Science. Physics, Chemistry and Maths are the three subjects which are compulsory to have studied in HS, If you wish to apply for the IIT. Now coming to the debate whether students should study on their own, or rely on coaching I would say nothing is impossible, and books are man's best friend. If you are determined enough that you want to see yourself studying in any of the IIT's, then you yourself would study day night, work the hardest to make you dream a reality. But usually at the HS level, this type of maturity doesn't come to most of the applicants and so initially they are very charged up and study on their own, but slowly and gradually the interest level comes down. To prevent this thing, you may join a coaching just to eep your competency level up and keep the fire burning in your belly. You should take the coaching as just a guide and nothing more. Do not rely or depend on them for getting your preparations done. At the end of the day you have to attempt the exam. So it would be advised that you join some good coaching, some test series also later and crash course. All these would put you in a rigorous study flow and you would surely get through. Some of the Best Coaching Center's in India are :: 1. Bansal Tutorials - Kota 2. Resonance 3. F-IIT JEE 4. Narayana 5. Brilliant Tutorials 6. Vidya Mandir Classes. etc. You can visit their official website and know more about their new batch announcements, scholarship test, etc.. Hope this helps All the best Regards #RJ# |

Re: Which are the best coaching institutes for IIT JEE preparation? Can I crack IIT by self studying?
Dear IIT-JEE aspirant,
You haven't mentioned the place where you live. If you would have mentioned, I could tell you the good coachings in your nearby area. However, there are many coaching institutes for IIT-JEE all over India. Most of the good coaching institutes are in Kota. So, most of students go Kota for preparing IIT-JEE exam. I am mentioning some good coaching institutions.
I think joining coaching is better than doing self-study. By doing coaching, you will get valuable resources from coaching like notes, experts guidance, previous year question papers, etc. Many students think that by doing self-study they can crack IIT-JEE exam, but most of them fail to do so and waste their 1 year. So, you must do coaching. Best of Luck for coming exams!! |

Re: Which are the best coaching institutes for IIT JEE preparation? Can I crack IIT by self studying?
How To Crack IIT-JEE and AIEEE I would suggest you to at least buy the study material of a good coaching institute like Brilliant Tutorials They provide with the precise syllabus that you need to prepare and all the topics with minute details with solved and unsolved questions in it.. There are other books which you can refer to in order to prepare for IIT and AIEEE like :- NCERT Books for 11th and 12thM.L.Khanna for Maths Concepts of Physics P.Bahadur for Physical Chemistry O.P.Tandon for Organic Chemistry Past Papers of IIT-JEE and AIEEE I would strongly recommend you to at least join an all India test series of any good coaching institute.. this well let you know about your position and the scope of improvement you still have..in one sense it would be an estimate of your all india rank which you can get.. For both the exams..you need to very strong determination and hard work..only then you'll be able to secure a place in a good institution for yourself.. all the best.. |

The best coaching institutes for IITJEE are:-
1)FIITJEE 2)Akash Institute 3)Allen's Tutorials 4)Resonance 5)Career Point 6)Pathfinder The above coaching institutes will definitely help you a lot in cracking the exam. But if you want to try by yourself then let me tell you that it won't be impossible for you but yes it is going to be very difficult for you. The only thing is that you need to sacrifice everything and totally focus on your studies. You have to give complete focus in developing your concepts at first and then worry about the numericals. But if you don't have that much of time then it would be best for you if you join any crash course in the coaching centres. |

The best coaching classes in Kanpur are:
I would recommend FIITJEE coaching classes to you personally as I have been a student of FIITJEE and I can tell you that their study material(package) is very concise and helpful in terms of theory and numericals as well. Also the chapter tests are conducted frequently which help you evaluate your strengths and weakness. The AITS(All India Test Series) is very famous as the questions are all JEE moulded questions and give perfect practice for the JEE exam. You get a real feel of competition there so I would surely recommend it to you. good luck |

There are so many institutes for iit jee preparations but if we talk about the top institutes than there are many like Resonance, Bansal, Narayana and many others. And if you want to self prepare you should study the NCERT books very carefully because they contain so many concepts in single line. And you can also refer the BSc books for chemistry, Physics as there are many questions that come from these books.
