RD sharma is good but not enough for that exam you solve some praparation guide or sample papers for that .. If you have enough time to go for quick IIT books for every subject..

firstly...start with ncert in all the three subjects...then read the following books:

physics:hc verma
chemistry:
organic--> op tondon for physical,inorganic and organic+ solomons for organic
and jd lee for inorganic.

maths: ml khanna/a das gupta(subjective)
previous years papers in all three subjects from arihant prakashan,..

dear friend,
for cracking iit jee exam, not only hard work is required but strategy is also required for preparation. you must first study from ncert books to clear your concept. after that i will suggest you to study from
tata mcgraw hills for maths
d c pandey for physics
arihant for chemistry
you must also for once try to solve all the previous years question papers to get the knowledge of pattern and difficulty level of the exam.
while solving the sample papers, never see the solution directly. first try to solve the questions by yourself two to three times. if then also you fail, then see the solution.
you must remember these tips to get good result.

no its not true by studying for jee u can easily get into aieee but there is fundamental difference btw both exams jee is more abt logic and understanding but aieee is not that so by studying for jee logic develop which is very useful in aieee

i m the student of xi. How much hours i should read to crack iitjee2013

I think that R.D.SHARMA is so best for IIT-JEE because it contains special emphasis on concept building and theory illustrated through MCQs and Problem solving techniques through MCQs and large Number of solved MCQs and large number of 'assertion -reason' type MCQs and most nice in that it contains Exercises MCQs and chapter-test at the end of each chapter.
You should take it this book is too good for IIT-JEE.

I AM IN CLASS 11 PREPARYING FOR IITJEE 2013 .ACTUALLY MY PROBLEM IS THAT I did not study maths in the begining at the coachings and i am facing a lot of problem due to that now ,i want to clear all my backout in maths but on seeing syllabus find it difficult. iitjee has now became my permanent dream. also confused about selection pattern of iitjee 2013. but i have good comand in physics and chem. please help how can i improve my maths? reply soon please
