You have not mentioned the branch/stream you are pursuing

I would suggest
Bharathiya Vidyapeeth,
Government college of Engineering(now autonomous) and
MIT

you can take admission only on the basis of gate entrance exam then you clear this exam then you can apply best colleges for mtech by the way top college name as iit mumbai only.

COEP,VIT are the colleges you can opt forMtech.Both colleges are autonomous and stand 2nd only amongst IIT's.
