I want to know which course in M tech (ece) is having bright future, i mean when i complete my Mtech i should get selected in the campus it self.

Firstly after comlpeting B.Tech you need to sit in the Gate Exam and pass it with flying colors to get admission in M.Tech.

As far as good courses in M.Tech with Electronics and Communication Engineering are concerned, you get several options. Its not possible for pick out one good course out of them, because most have very good scope. I would suggest you to pick the couse that excites you the most.

The courses for M.Tech with with Electronics and Communication Engineering are:

Embedded systems

Digital electronics

vlsi circuits

communication

Analog circuits

You can get placement directly from the campus if you are studying from a reputed institutes of India like IIT and IISC. To do that you need to pass the GATE Exam with 90+ percentage.

However you don't need to be disappointed even if you failed to make it into cut off of IIT and IISC. There are other good colleges in India that will also give you opportunity to get job directly from campus. Your chances will depend on percentage of marks you obtain in the first 3 years.

See whichever branch you choose nobody can guarantee you that you will get a job. It is you who can guarantee yourself that you will get a particular job. For your M.Tech branch, best I can suggest M.Tech in Electronics. This branch is a totally hardware oriented branch and thus you will get a lot of similarity in this subject and also a comfort genre. But after that when the companies like IBM or CTS or Tech Mahindra or Accenture or any others come, then you will have to work hard to clear the aptitude test. Then when you do clear the aptitude test, you will go for the next 2-3 rounds of interview. When you clear that too, you will get a good job.
