Mostly Graduation and MBA doesn't have anything in common. Same is true with your case. BSc nursing and MBA don't have things in common. However, you can do Management in Pharma as it will keep connected to your field. But after doing Management you wont be working as Nurse.
MBA would help you climbing the ladder faster.

Definitely you can pursue the MBA course.MBA (Master in business Administration ) is the master's degree course which is done after completing the graduation in any field.In order to the MBA one must be graduate in any stream with minimum 50% marks in your aggregate.

As you have completed your graduation in BSC so definitely you are eligible for the MBA course if you have got more then 50% in your graduation.As you want to go for the Mba course so here first you have to clear the entrance examination.There are so many examination for admission in MBA course..

You can most definitely do Master of Business Administration course in Hospital Management once completed Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The requirement for MBA course is graduation degree, once you have obtained it,

there will be no problem for you. MBA is a post graduation course with duration of 2 years to be completed.
