what are the best cources after 12 for commerce student to get the job and what are the step should be taken to do that thing please explain briefly

Firstly you should decide yourself whether you want to be in service or go for a professional course.

1.You can do B.Com and then go for CA or CS or LLB.
B.Com is the basic degree here and doing a CA or CS would land you into a job in a company though you have an option of starting your own practice by going through CA provided you have wide range of contacts.LLB will make you a lawyer and you can then get affiliated to a court and start your practice but in this you will have to make your mark as soon as possible.
2. The other option is to go directly for LLB and then LLM i.e post graduation which would help you in your practice.
There are many more options but these are the common routes to success.

After 12 th commerce , you have best option to go for B.COM degree.

There are lots of options available after 12th commerce...

Commerce students can opt for several graduation subjects.

For example....they can complete graduation with plain B.com after 12th, then for post graduation they can go for M.com or MBA(Master of Business Administration)

They can also opt for CA....It is a very good course, but they have to study hard for this demanding career.

Another option is CFA, it is a growing and highly demanding career, but the cost of the course is very huge and the course is equally tough.

Another good option is BBA(Bachelor of Business Administration), after that you can go for MBA.

You can also go for Law degree(LLB) after completing graduation in any discipline....that is a very good option.

Another one is there, BCA(Bachelor of Computer applications), but you can study the course if you have maths or computer in 12th. After completing BCA,you can go for MCA(Master of Computer Application)

Other options are----
B.B.M (Business Management),
B.F.M. (Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Markets),
B.A.F. (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance),
B.B.I. (Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance),
