Yes, definitely you can.

Eligibility:

You should have 50% in diploma.
Your college should be approved by AICTE
Your age should not be above 25 years.

You can apply among 8 colleges in India approved by DG Shipping in India for the course of marine Engineering.

Duration of course is 2 years.

I complete my diploma in mechanical engineering on year of 2020.after that can I join a shipping course one year course of GME .. it's possible to join after my diploma studies.and which college is good placement for this course?
