All specialization offered in MTech electrical engineering are good but the better specialization will give a little advantage.

In my opinion Power Systems and Power Electronics is the best specialization. In this discipline you will learn about electrical machines and drives, power electronics, power systems and high voltage engineering.

You will find employment opportunities in electrical goods & appliances manufacturing companies, automotive companies, BHEL etc.
