Which is the best University for pursuing B.Sc and M.Sc in Cosmology?


Hello Sir, I was a bit confused about my career and finally after some time I have decided to become a Cosmologist so Which is the best University for pursuing B.Sc and M.Sc in Cosmology? Can I choose IIT after 12th to become a Cosmologist?
