I am doing B.Tech Civil Engineering and I don't know what to do after that. Should I continue with M.Tech in Civil Engineering or should I do job for few years and then start with M.Tech?

It is all yours choice. If you are interested in higher studies and want to go in research field in future then M.Tech will be the best option.

But as most of the candidates want to get into job. So, you can apply for it as well as per your interest.
