All these options are good to get in to a lucrative career. If you are interested in software jobs, try for MCA or M.Sc IT course. Both the courses have the same value in the present job market. MBA course will help you to get in to administrative jobs. MBA after BSC(IT) will give to administrative skills along with management skills. Select the course according to your attitude and skill.
