M.Tech as a course has good career opportunities in government as well as private sectors. If you have interest in technical areas, you can pursue M.Tech course. You can get jobs in technical domains in public sector companies, railways etc after B.Tech. You can also go in to teaching assignments after M.Tech if you have interest. The final decision whether to pursue M.Tech can be made taking in to account the scope of this course as well as your interest area.
