Yes. You are eligible to apply for the UPSC exam. But, you have to complete Bachelor's degree from a recognized University, then you are eligible to apply for this exam.

The eligibility to appear for Civil Service examination conducted by UPSC is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university in any discipline. The age limit is 21-32 years. Examination is conducted in three stages.

So, you are eligible to appear for UPSC after bachelor degree. To get more information about the examination pattern visit at www.upsc.gov.in.

UPSC refers to Union Public Service Commission and as the name suggests it is a commission rather than being an examination which conducts various examinations for recruitment of personnel at various posts under Central Government. But, at the same time, in general the terminology UPSC examination is used for the Civil Services examination and same has been assumed while answering to your query as you have not specified the name of the particular examination of your concern.

Now, the answer to your concern regarding whether you are eligible for UPSC examination (officially known as the Civil Services Examination) having opted for Biology and Mathematics both in your Class 11th is yes you are certainly eligible for the UPSC examination once you complete your graduation degree course in any discipline from a recognized university after your Class 12th.

For complete details regarding various UPSC examinations, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.

The candidate must hold a degree from Government recognised Universities or possess an equivalent qualification.. this is the minimum qualification for the candidate to appear for Upsc exam. Id you pursue any degree after 12 you can appear for upsc exam and it doesn't matter whatever subject you take during your 11 or 12.

°°° YES, definitely you are eligible to write UPSC examination even after completing 12th standard with biology and mathematics but the minimum educational qualification required to appear in this examination is graduation in any stream from a recognised university or Institute.

°°° It does not matter whether you have passed your graduation from science stream or any other but you should be graduate in order to become eligible to write this examination.

°°° So, after completion of 12th standard you have to take admission in degree course in which you are interested and then after completion of that course you will become eligible to write Union Public Service Commission examination.
