For preparing bank po exams, for mathematics "Quantitative Aptitude" by R.S. Aggarwal is the best book. you can also go for ncert maths books upto class x and further you can also try Dr.Lal & Jain.

Well for preparing really well for mathematics, i would suggest
1.Arun sharma's book :: quantitative aptitude for cat,TMH publication
solve upto level 2 only it is more than enough, try few l3 if you like
2.R.S. AGGARWALA"S book:: quantitative aptitude for compititive exams
In addition take as many mocks you can you can buy mocks from CL/TIME/IMS.. testfunda.com
etc.
attain accuracy and speed.

You are strictly saying only for mathematics then you only solve:-

2-Quicker Maths BY M.Tyra (must)

beside this Arun Sharma is also a very good book but the level of this book is little high as compare to these books and most of the questions are from R.S.Agarwal.

These two will be more than enough for Bank PO.

in Bank PO examination generally mathematical aptitude questions come. for this you should not require a very good mathematical knowledge. you should only require basic mathematics knowledge and you have to solve mathematical problem within a very limited time.
