Your question is not in the right order. You have used an acronym 'M.E', and want to know which books to refer. But, where the problem lies is that M.E can be Master in English, Master in Electrical or Electronics. Master in Engineering etc. If it is 'Master in Engineering', then there can be various disciplines. Hence, in the absence of the correct form of question, such vital and sensitive information cannot be provided on self assumption.
