For scoring a good rank in the AIEEE the books published by NCERT for 11th and 12th are more than enough. But again if you want to do be a bit more secure than in addition to this you can also refer to last 10 years aieee questions and make a habit of being a regular reader of the Mtg magazines.
Remain calm and don't get carried away by the diverging comments of your friends or neighbours.
Just follow this and you will come with flying colours.

Dear AIEEE aspirant,

For scoring about 30,000 rank, you will have to score very good marks at least above 180 marks.

However, AIEEE exam has now renamed to JEE Mains Exam.

And 40% weightage will be also given to Board Marks of Class 12th during preparation of Merit List of JEE Mains Scorers for Counselling.
