For most of the bank PO Exams and Management Trainee Exams, the selection procedure is by
-Written test -Interview. The written test consitsts of questions from several categories like -Reasoning -Quantitative aptitude -General Awareness -Computer Awareness -General English In addition, there is a descriptive test. In most cases, the negative marking is 0.25 in the sense for every 4 wrong answers, 1 mark from the marks which you actually scored is deducted. As far as the general awareness is concerned, one should have to prepare the follwoing aspects of previous 6 months prior to the exam -national affairs -bilateral affairs -international affairs -persons in news -persons in place -books and authors -sports I will suggest you two books. Prepare them well which will help you to attempt almost all questions in bank exam under general awareness. They are -YES Publications of current affairs -Magazines of Mahindra for current affairs of every month There is no essay writing in bank exams but instead there is a descriptive exam in which three questions will be given. The candidate has to answer all the 3 questions. For every question, there is a internal choice. |
