Branches available in B.Sc and scope of each branch and future prospect?
I have completed my 12th board exam from Science stream. Is doing B.Sc a good option now? What all different branches are available in B.Sc? Which will be the best branch to study for graduation and which will have demand in future from 3 years now?

Re: Branches available in B.Sc and scope of each branch and future prospect?
Having completed 12th class with Science stream, I would suggest you to opt for any of the below courses rather than opting for B.Sc course
-MBBS -BDS -Pharamcy You need to get through Entrance Exam and score good rank to be eligible to get admission for these courses. In case if you have not given any Entrance Exam or did not secure good rank which is required to get admission for these courses, then prefer B.Sc course. B.Sc stands for Bachelor of Science. This is a 3 year Graduation course being offered by many of the colleges in India. You can get direct admission for this course in many of the colleges just on the basis of your percentage of marks in 10+2. You can opt for B.Sc course with any of the below Life Science subjects like -Biotechnology -Microbiology -Botany -Zoology -Bio-Chemistry -Bio-Informatics -Genetics etc. Ensure you should have either Biotechnology or Microbiology in your specialization as these two areas are good career scope compared to other subjects. Soon after the completion of B.Sc, I would suggest you to complete M.Sc with any of the Biotechnology or Microbiology specialization to get job opportunities in -Chemical Laboratories -Fermentation Industry -Biotech Companies -Pharma Companies -Hospitals -Diagnostic Centers -Food processing Industry etc. |
