Is CA better or ICWA?

I have 69% in intermediate MEC group,to me CA is the better career or ICWA?

CA is far more better course than ICWA as compared to anything, it's got more scope than any other course in any stream. till now it's the better course for u and any other student af also they belong to any stream or any course. now keeping all things apart the whole decision depends on u and your decision based on your interest. but from my point of view s u should choose for CA.
