Difference between CS and ICWA? Which is better and what kind of jobs one can get after doing these? What is the qualification required?
What is the difference between CS and ICWA? Which one is good to do,what type of jobs one will get after doing these and what are the qualifications required? ICWA is of how many years course? I have completed MBA(specialised finance&marketing) and now Iam very confused that shall I do CS or ICWA, as someone has suggested me to do ICWA and another one suggest me to do CS. Basically my graduation is B.SC computers(Statistics).
Now Iam very confused can you suggest me what course i will take. |

Both courses are different from each other but what is sure about the courses is that after doing them with dedication
student can expect very good salary or position in a company or in an organization . Company Secretary is a versatile candidate as he/she guide the company in all the matter of the company whether they are related to financial , legal and in management. Company Secretary also see that company is following all the legal obligation / formalities while forming and also while carrying out it's business. Company Secretary is a link between outsider member (shareholder ,etc) and inside (board, etc) of the any company. whereas Cost and Management Accounting (ICWAI or CMA) is course in which student learn about the accounting ,auditing and about Cost Accounting. This course is mainly focus on the Cost Accounting however you will learn other finance related subjects also. Cost and Management Accountant help the organization or company in the reduction of cost of production. ELIGIBILITY FOR ICWAI AND CS 10+2 passed or equivalent qualification. Graduated can take enroll for II stage examination and can skip the I stage. There are 3 stages in ICWAI and in Company Secretary
