Hi, I have failed my 12th Board exams. Can I still apply for NDA examination for the upcoming session? Or, is there any restriction on applying for it?

NDA stands for National Defense Academy and to apply for NDA entrance examination, the minimum education required is a Class 12th in any discipline from a recognized board of education.

So, having failed once in your Class 12th board examination once, you can still apply for NDA entrance examination while reappearing for your Class 12th board examination again and after qualifying the same.
