can a b.sc. computer science degree holder apply for BSNL TTA exam?

To be eligible for BSNL TTA exam one should have a 3 year full time Diploma in
Telecom Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Radio Engineering
/Computer Engineering / Instruments Technology/ Information Technology.
Also M.Sc. in Electronics passed candidates are eligible to apply.

The candidates with B.Sc. degree are not eligible for this exam.
