Yes, you can apply for the NDA exam even if you belong to the Arts & Commerce stream but only if you are looking forward to get in the Army wing of NDA.
The eligibility for which remains: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. The maximum age should not cross 19 years on the 1st January or 1st of July of the year succeeding the year of examination. The acronym for NDA is National Defence Academy. Yes definitely, you are eligible for applying NDA but only for Army wing. UPSC conducts NDA examination twice every year in the months of April and August. The eligibility criteria required for the NDA examination are prescribed as below:- * Completion of 12th with Maths and Physics for Air Force and Navy from any recognised board. * Age limit- 16.5-19 yrs. * Sex- Male. * Marital status- Single or unmarried. * Nationality- Indian. Dear Friend,
NDA stands for National Defence Academy. Yes, you can apply for only Army of NDA. NDA examination is conducted every year in the months of April and August by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission). NDA has three wings:- * Indian Army. * Indian Navy. * Indian Air Force. The educational qualification regarding with NDA examination are below mentioned:- * 12th with Maths and Physics as the main subjects(for Air Force and Navy) from any recognised board. * Age criteria- 16.5-19 years. * Nationality- Indian. * Sex- Male. * Marital status- Unmarried/Single.
