Hello dear , currently there is no official announcement by the National Power Training Institute for the intake of Electronics and Communication Engineer, for now only the notification is only regarding Power Engineering students.

NPTI Admission Eligibility 2013 :

Bachelor of engineering or equivalent in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Power engineering.

Age Limit for NPTI Admission 2013 :

Maximum age limit as on 01st January, 2013 is 30 years.
No age limit for sponsored candidates.

NPTI Admission Selection Procedure 2013 :

Percentage of marks obtained in the B.E. or equivalent examination as per University norms.

Admission is made through CET score.

Yes E&TC engineer also join NPTI. You have to give exam and you must clear it for entering in NPTI.
