I have Punjab domicile. I have completed my education from nursery to 10+2 medical (CBSE) from Punjab. CAN i appear for HP PMT?

HP CPMT stand for Himachal Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test.

HP CPMT is conducted for admission to M.B.B.S., B.D.S. courses in various Medical and Dental Colleges including Private Un-aided Dental Colleges (State/Management Quota) in Himachal Pradesh.

Educational Qualification:-

The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized University/ board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects which shall include a practical test with 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC) provided that the candidate has qualified the subject of English as an elective subject in the above examination.

Age:-

Candidates age must have 17 years to attained the exam but not more than 25 years as on 31st December of the year of application.

There are 5 medical and dental institutes in Himachal Pradesh in which admission is through HP CPMT.

- Indira Gandhi Medical College and

- Dr. RP Medical College for admission to MBBS courses

- Himachal Dental College,

- H.P. Government Dental College and

- MN DAV Dental College for admission to BDS courses.
