I scoared 53% marks in llb .can i apper for jmfc exam...please tell me if i can

LLB graduation is the main qualification required to apply for JMFC exam. Minimum age limit to apply for this is 21 years. Maximum age limit to attend this exam is 35 years. But you cannot apply for this exam with just 53% marks. The minimum marks required to attend JMFC exam is 55%. Even those who have completed LLM degree are also eligible to attend this exam.

I scord last year 56% but in sem 5th and 7th i will fail in 3 sub can i eligible for appering jmfc exam 2012

MPSC(Maharashtra Public Service Commission) conducts Civil Judge Junior Division and First Class Magistrate Exam.To apply for this exam you will required to meet these Eligibility conditions :

For Fresh Law Graduates :

• Candidates minimum educational qualification should have a Degree in Law from recognized university.
• All Exams of this course should be completed in one attempt only.If there will be any year gap then you will not be able to apply for this exam.
• Minimum age of the applying candidates should be 21 years and Age should not be above 25 years.
• Minimum marks of the candidates in Law degree course should be 55%.

For Advocate,Attorney and Pleaders :

• Candidates must have a Law degree from recognized university.
• Candidate should have a working experience of at least 3 years in High Court/Subsidiary Court as a Advocate/Pleader/Attorney.
• Candidates minimum age should be 21 years and Candidates age should not be above 35 years.

Exam Pattern :

• Questions will be asked from the two papers.
• Paper I will be of 100 Marks.
• Paper II will be of 150 Marks for each paper.
• Paper I will be descriptive type.
• Paper II will be Objective type.

Paper I Syllabus (For Preliminary) :

• General Knowledge.
• General English.
• General Marathi.
• General Studies.

Paper II Syllabus (For Mains) :

• History and Geography of Maharashtra.
• Indian Constitution and Politics.
• Human Resource Development and Human Rights.
• Economy and Planning,Economics of Development and Agriculture and Science and Technology Development.

I have 55% in LLB but passed with ATKT,so I am eligible or Not? I will complete my 35 yrs in May 16 the I am in general cattagory, 3 yrs practiced as an advocate in District court.
