What is the eligibility for JMFC entrance exam?
Hello...i hv completed my five years law course i.e BSL.. I hv maintained my first class in the
Results right from 3rd year to 5th year..n nw i want to appear for the JMFC examination..bt I had got atkt in my 1st n 2nd year..so am i eligible for appearing JMFC exam?? |

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class exam.It is conducted by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC).
Eligibility criteria for JMFC exam are as under :- The candidate must have LLB degree with 3 years of experience as Attorney or Advocate. The age limit for JMFC exam is from 21 years to 35 years for Advocate or Attorney for general category,21 years to 38 years for OBC candidate and 21 years to 40 years for SC/ST candidate. |
