JMFC 2015 eligibility criteria
Sir i am bsl.llb final year student i will complete it in june,2015 with results. So am i eligible for jmfc, 2015? I have cleared all the subjects in the same semester.

JFMC stands for the Judicial Magistrate First Track Court. It is the entrance test conducted for selection of candidates for post of Judicial Magistrate of state governments.
The eligibility criteria for this exam is as below: 1. Academic Qualification: >>Candidates willing to appear for this exam must have done their bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university. >>The minimum percentage of marks required in LLB is 55% aggregate. 2. Age limitations: >>Minimum age required to appear for this exam is : 21 years. >>The upper age limit is 35 years. >>Relaxation in upper age limit applicable to candidates of reserved categories like OBC, SC/ST. So, if you meet the above mentioned criteria then definitely you are eligible for the JFMC entrance exam 2015. The exam contains written test followed by the personal interview. |

1. Candidates need to have minimum academic qualification of bachelor's degree in law from recognized university. Percentage of marks needed in LLB is 55. 2. You should be minimum of 21 years. Examination Test: ~~Written Test ~~ Personal interview. |

Eligibility----- Candidate should have Degree in Law. The Candidate must have sufficient knowledge of Marathi so as to enable him to speak, read and write in Marathi. Selection Procedure---- Selection will be made on the basis on following----- Preliminary Examination---1 paper of 100 marks Main Examination----2 papers of 100 marks each Viva-Voce-----50 marks Application Fee---- >>General and OBC candidate Rs 260 Age limits ----- >>Maximum 25 years for Fresh Law Graduates. >>Maximum 35 years for persons already working as Advocate, Attorney >>Maximum 45 years for members of Ministerial Staff of High Court/ Courts Subordinate. |

-JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE FIRST TRACK COURT exam is a judicial service exam for the post of Judicial Magistrate conducted by various state governments. the candidates those who are Graduate in Law (LLB) with 55% marks is the minimum qualification to apply for this exam. The age limit is 35 for open category and 3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC and ST. |

Any one who completed his degree with 55 percent but his subject was back in semster then he cleared in next semster but in same year. So what is the requirement for jmfc exam student have to clear in same semster or in same year for example subject was back in 1st years 1st semster that subject cleard in 2nd semster of 1st year so the candiadte cleared his all subject in 1st year
