Can I appear for UPSC exam while pursuing final year of Pharm.D?
I am studying 5th year Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy). Am I eligible for writing UPSC exam in beginning of 6th year in June exam session without completing internship?

No, D. Pharma candidates are not eligible for IAS exam. Diploma course is not eligible for IAS exam. Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IAS exam

Yes you can apply for UPSC exam. For UPSC you only need to have graduation after that you are eligible to do so.
