Can I apply for Aeronautical Engineering for direct SE after completing diploma in Mechanical Engineering? Which are the colleges for Aeronautical Engineering in Maharashtra?

i have completed my diploma in mech engg can i apply for aeronautical enng for direct SE.
please suggest colleges for aero engg in maharashtra.
