Yes, you are eligible for Assistant Loco Pilot exam.

The eligibility criteria for Assistant loco pilot exam is given below-

Eligible ITI departments are Fitter/Electrician/Instrument Mechanic/Mill Wright or Maintenance Mechanic/Mechanic Radio & TV/Electronics Mechanic/Mechanic Motor Vehicle/Wireman/Tractor Mechanic/Armature & Coil Winder/Mechanic Diesel/Heat Engine/Turner/Machinist/Refrigeration & AC Mechanic

Eligible Diploma departments are Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering recognized by AICTE are also applicable.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation provided for reserved category candidates.

Railway Recruitment Board(RRB) recruits students on the post of Assistant Loco Pilot on the basis of written test, certificate verification and medical test.
Eligibility to appear in the Assistant Loco Pilot examination are
-Student must be a citizen of India
-Student must be of age group 18-30 years.
-Age relaxation of 5 years for reserved category students
-Students who have completed 10+2 in science stream with Maths and Physics from a recognized board

Students who have completed 10th with ITI degree form NCVT/SCVT approved institutes
Or, Students who have completed B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics or Mechanical

So, you can apply for the written examination of assistant loco pilot conducted generally in the month of June by Railway Recruitment Board.

Yes you can apply for loco pilot in RRB because the eligibility is to have a diploma degree or bachelor degree in engineering stream. since you have completed bachelors in engineering so you can apply for the loco pilot.

Sir can scvt students can apply ALP loco pilot exam for outside their state. Because most off the people saying scvt is only for state level so you apply only for your state.
