No you can not apply for b.ed because a person apply for B.ed it is necessary to complete firstly their graduation.After completing your graduation you can apply for it and one more thing is that your percentage marks in B.ed should have 50% or above not less than 50% for general and obc candidate.

candidate need to be graduated with at least 55% from a recognized university
candidates need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by university

min duration : two years
course fee : 17400/-
age limit : no
